1.3. Contact: [email protected].
1.4. All services provided through the Website are free of charge.
2. Definitions
User — any natural person, legal person or organisation using the Website.
Services — the services provided electronically by the Provider through the Website, as described in Section 3.
Form — the contact form available on the Website, including the free audit request and service enquiry forms.
3. Services
3.1. Through the Website the Provider offers the following Services:
(a) access to Website content, including articles, project case studies, services and pricing;
(b) the Form, which lets Users send a message to the Provider, including a free audit request, a voucher code or an enquiry about working together;
(c) downloadable materials, where published on the Website;
(d) access to password-protected areas of the Website — only for people who have received login details from the Provider, on terms agreed with them separately.
3.2. Website content, including services and pricing, is for information only and does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code. Contracts for paid services (such as website projects, training or coaching) are concluded separately, outside the Website.
4. Technical requirements and risks
4.1. To use the Website you need a device with internet access and an up-to-date web browser with JavaScript enabled; to use the Form you also need an active email address.
4.2. The Form is protected against automated submissions by Cloudflare Turnstile, which may briefly verify your browser.
4.3. Using services online carries common risks such as malware, phishing or interception of data on unsecured networks. The Website uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and the Provider recommends keeping software up to date and using antivirus protection.
5. Conclusion and termination
5.1. The agreement for access to Website content is concluded when any page of the Website is opened and terminates when it is closed.
5.2. The agreement for the Form service is concluded when the Form is submitted and terminates when the Provider replies. The User may terminate it earlier at any time by writing to the address given in Section 1.3.
5.3. The agreement for access to password-protected areas lasts for the period agreed separately. Either party may terminate it at any time.
6. Use of the Website
6.1. Users agree to use the Website lawfully and in good faith and, in particular, not to send unlawful content, unsolicited advertising or automated submissions through the Form.
6.2. The Provider may leave a message that breaches Section 6.1 unanswered.
6.3. Website content, including text, graphics, recordings and layout, is protected by copyright. Copying or distributing it beyond permitted use requires the consent of the Provider or the author.
7. Complaints
7.1. Complaints about the Website or the Services may be sent to [email protected].
7.2. A complaint should include the User’s contact details and a description of the problem.
7.3. The Provider will respond within 14 days of receipt, by email to the address the complaint was sent from.
7.4. Consumers may also use out-of-court complaint procedures, including the assistance of a local consumer ombudsman (rzecznik konsumentów) or the Trade Inspection.
8. Personal data
How personal data and cookies are handled is described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Final provisions
9.1. The Provider may amend these Terms for valid reasons, in particular changes in law or in the scope of the Services. Amended Terms apply from the date they are published on the Website and do not affect Services already in progress.
9.2. Matters not covered by these Terms are governed by Polish law, in particular the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means and the Civil Code.
9.3. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights that consumers have under mandatory provisions of law.
9.4. The Polish version of these Terms prevails.
