It's the starting price, for one team and one core workflow. Bigger teams, multiple workflows or more complex tooling move the price and timeline up — always with a clear quote before we start.
What's actually included in the workshops?
Live sessions where we open your actual documents, reports and client messages and work through them together — not a generic demo.
How do you pick which AI tools to use?
I pick two or three tools that genuinely fit your workflow, not whatever's trending that month.
How do we know it worked?
We agree a KPI before touching a single tool — time to answer a client, hours on a report, number of manual corrections — and track it together through the engagement.
What happens after the engagement ends?
The workflow keeps running without me: someone inside your organization owns it, and I check in once more to confirm it's holding.
