  • an editing panel or a design from scratch;

  • logo design, a photo shoot, copywriting and translation into a second language;
  • unlimited revisions and ongoing website support;
  • the cost of your domain, email and other paid services;
  • legal advice and a privacy policy drafted by a lawyer.

Changes after launch are charged at a price agreed with you before I start.

What do you need to prepare?
  • your brand name and one sentence: who you help and how;
  • a short description of your business, up to three services and a short story about you;
  • three to six good photos, and your logo if you have one;
  • email, phone and links to your profiles, WhatsApp or booking calendar;
  • footer details, permission to use photos and reviews, and access to your domain.

The 7 days start once I have all the materials.

Revisions and changes after launch

Included: one combined round of revisions before launch, and fixing any typos I introduced.

Not a revision: a new layout, a new section or page, replacing most of the copy or photos, or a new feature.

Later changes are charged at the hourly rate (item 6.6), always after you approve the price.

Growing later

A contact form, a shop, extra pages, a second language, an editing panel or a booking calendar. I quote for each addition separately and nothing goes live without your approval.

All prices are in pounds. For UK businesses they are final, no VAT added. The crossed-out figure is the regular price. Next to it is the launch price for my first 10 UK clients, usually 20% lower. You only pay for my work.

UK businesses pay no VAT. When is VAT added?

UK business (limited company or sole trader): you pay exactly the price shown. I invoice from Poland without VAT under the reverse charge. If your business is VAT registered, you account for UK VAT yourself in your return. To invoice without VAT I need your business details: your Companies House number or UK VAT number, or for sole traders your trading name and business address. Private individuals: I add Polish VAT at 23%. Examples:

Presence

I specialise in AI implementation and digital systems. I have been working with artificial intelligence on client projects since 2023. I build websites, platforms, reports, video series and automations that save teams hours every day. I see every project through to the end.

I spent eight years in London and Los Angeles, where I trained as an actor. I know the British market from the inside and I know how a brand should look on camera and on screen. As a communication coach I have worked with lawyers and diplomats. I studied at Kozminski University and have recently been accepted onto a postgraduate AI programme at Warsaw University of Technology.

Acting taught me to pay attention to people and to tell stories. Today that helps me present ideas clearly and guide teams through change.

Why are your prices lower than UK agencies?

I work from Warsaw, my overheads are lower and I use AI tools that speed up routine work. You work directly with me, the person who builds your project, with no agency mark-up.

Will we work in English?

Yes. I lived in London and Los Angeles for eight years and work in English at C2 level. All copy for your clients is written in English, and in Polish too if you also sell to Polish customers.

How do invoices and VAT work?

Invoices in pounds are issued by the Twój StartUp Enterprise Development Foundation, through which I work. UK businesses receive invoices without Polish VAT (reverse charge), and private individuals are charged Polish VAT at 23%.

What about UK GDPR and privacy policies?

I work in line with UK GDPR. I add a cookie banner and a privacy policy to your website. You provide the legal text, or we prepare it together with a legal document generator.

Do we need to meet in person?

No. Everything happens over video calls, email and WhatsApp. For larger projects we can meet in London.
